PFT

Yes, good for you, good for me, the PFT will be next week, the 31st and the following week, the 7th. Eat right, sleep right, hydrate and take your vitamins.

Most of all don't forget that its the PFT. So remember that once you declare for score--you need to finish the entire event, run and all.
